Identity Access Manager
We are seeking an experienced Identity Access Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining a secure and scalable directory services infrastructure in a Linux environment.
This is a critical role that requires high availability, data integrity, and seamless replication across systems.
- Implement and configure IBM Security Verify Directory (ISVD) on Linux servers (RHEL, SUSE).
- Set up and manage directory replication topologies (master-replica and peer-to-peer).
- Perform secure data migrations using LDAP tools (e.g., idsldapadd, idsldapmodify).
- Monitor synchronization and replication health across ISVD nodes.
- Apply system patches, perform upgrades, and maintain overall directory health and uptime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues including authentication, performance tuning, and connectivity.
Requirements :
4–9 years of Linux system administration experience, with a focus on Identity & Access Management.3–5 years of hands-on experience specifically with IBM Security Verify Directory (ISVD) / Tivoli Directory Server.Strong understanding of LDAP, directory schemas, and access control models.Proven experience managing replication topologies and secure communication between nodes.Proficiency in shell scripting (e.g., Bash) for automation.Deep knowledge of security protocols including SSL / TLS and PKI.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Benefits :
