Head of Purchase and Contracts

Job Summary :

The Head – Purchase & Contracts will be responsible for leading the procurement and contracts function for high-value, ultra-luxury real estate projects. This role demands exceptional negotiation skills, deep knowledge of premium-grade materials, global sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage strategic vendor partnerships while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. The position will also oversee the preparation, evaluation, and administration of all contractual agreements with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, aligned with the brand's uncompromising standards.

Job Responsibility :

Procurement Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely sourcing of world-class materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings befitting ultra-luxury projects.
• Identify and onboard premium suppliers, artisans, and global brands to meet project design intent and quality benchmarks.
• Forecast procurement budgets and timelines in coordination with project, design, and finance teams.
