Job description
  • Manage end-to-end contract administration processes for real estate development projects, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards.
  • Oversee vendor selection and prequalification processes based on project needs, quality benchmarks, and commercial viability.
  • Lead tendering and bidding processes, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with procurement protocols.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors and contractors to safeguard the company's commercial and legal interests.
  • Draft, review, and finalize various types of contracts, including work orders, service agreements, and purchase contracts.
  • Monitor ongoing contracts to ensure adherence to agreed terms, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all procurement and contractual transactions.
  • Manage contract claims, disputes, and resolution processes in coordination with legal and project teams.
  • Drive cost control initiatives by analyzing procurement spending and identifying areas for savings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, project management) to ensure smooth procurement and contracting operations.
