The role involves multiple cost saving program executed by all RO & WBO units, the person should co-ordinate with various Units of RO& WBO for multiple activities . Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Budget VS Actual
- Sound knowledge about payment to vendor and taxes
- Oversee unit executed provision for the payment
- Ensure the cost saving targets are fulfilled
- Follow up on all SA -account receivables
- Coordinate with the multiple stakeholder for execution of activities
- Ensure payment are accounted to the correct cost code.
- Actively pursue all work in progress activities, identifying the cause and providing a corrective solution.
- Obtaining reasoning on Budget vs Spend for the respective units assigned.
- Ensure the process are automated in available software
- Preparing presentation and MIS, etc. and good skill in MS excel.
