About the Role :
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with e-commerce brands. The role involves acting as the key point of contact for brand partners, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. You’ll be responsible for building trust, aligning strategies with client goals, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Location : South Delhi
Experience : 1-3 Years
Work Schedule : 6 days a week (non-negotiable)
Budget : Upto 6 Lpa + Esops
Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end relationships with e-commerce brand partners
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all orders
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for clients
Identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience as an Account Manager / Client Servicing in the e-commerce domain
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts efficiently
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
