About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Amdocs Billing Platform Engineer to architect, enhance, and sustain high-performance billing solutions for large telecom programs. This role requires deep platform-level expertise, a strong understanding of Amdocs product architecture, and the ability to drive technical excellence across complex billing landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust Amdocs billing solutions that meet high availability and scalability requirements
• Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of billing modules including rating, charging, and invoicing
• Optimize billing system performance through proactive tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning
• Partner with cross-functional teams in CRM, ordering, and mediation to ensure seamless data flow across the BSS stack
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver sustainable fixes
• Evaluate new product capabilities and lead upgrades, enhancements, and platform modernization efforts
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks within the billing domain
