JOB SUMMARY

Role is for the developer with

Responsible to lead one or more teams for the development of backend applications and components

Collaborate with Engg lead, PO and other stakeholders for delivery activities

Actively participate in requirement discussion during grooming and planning

Partner with team and during planning and implementation phase to ensure the timely delivery of the committed stories.

Mentor new members and junior developers showing positivity and clear direction.

Demonstrate ownership and show accountability for the respective application / domain.

Coordinate with architects for design and implementation

Willing to be part of a squad which owns end to end responsibilities including production support.

Ensure and guide the team on the below aspects

Build reusable components as desirable during implementation.

Implement modules as per the standards and guidelines.

Ensure effective unit test cases are written as part of the development.

Proactively fix defects as and when found and strive to keep the stability of the application intact.

Education - Graduate / Engineer in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
