⏰ : CST Time Zone (7 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 AM IST)

Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Drive integration discussions across Salesforce, ERP, Gainsight, APIs, and more.

Collaborate with US-based teams, working directly with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers.

3–6 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst in IT, SaaS, or Product organizations.

Strong technical understanding of APIs, SQL / Databases, Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure), ERP, and Salesforce.

Excellent communication skills with proven customer-facing experience.

Ability to work CST time zone and manage multiple global priorities.
