Key Responsibilities :

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Assist in preparing functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Operations) to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Perform data analysis, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Support the testing process (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Fresher with strong analytical skills can also apply.

Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
