Brief About The Role
- The role reports to the Assistant Manager or Manager of Roster Escalations and is part of the Flight Operations–Corporate, Policies and Projects team.
- It primarily requires working during office hours, with potential weekend commitments due to the roster review process.
- Additionally, the team plays a supportive role across various verticals within the Flight Operations–Corporate, Policies, and Projects division.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Educational Qualification-Graduation.Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation.Preferably possesses expertise in Flight Operations or OCC-Crew Resources.Job Description
Conduct timely reviews of crew rosters in accordance with defined parameters to meet operational and crewing requirements, including special requests, layovers, equalization of hours, internal layovers, PAH, and FRMS guidelines.Ensure regulatory compliance during roster reviews.Utilize AIMS, Microsoft 365, Excel, and Power BI to efficiently manage roster data, generate reports, and optimize crew scheduling processes.Work closely with the crew scheduling team to resolve conflicts and maximize crew utilization.Communicate schedule changes effectively with crew members and departmental managers while addressing concerns.Maintain accurate records of roster escalations, actions taken, and resolutions for future reference.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure efficient and effective roster operations.Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Senior Management and leadership Team, ensuring effective execution and alignment with operational objectives.Skills Required
