As a part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our India team. This TA Manager role - an individual contribution role - shall play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of activities related to HR, basic accounts and office operations.

The ideal candidate will possess well rounded skills in Talent Acquisition (mandatory), and certain functions of Human Resources, and Operations.

Initially, it is an individual contribution role.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition (India & APAC)

• Understand the talent requirements from various stakeholders;
• Boost the employer brand to attract passive candidates;
• Source / engage right candidates, do an assessment to shortlist the right profiles;
• Follow end-to-end talent acquisition process with an excellent candidate management skills;
• Negotiate the Offer and close the candidates successfully.
