Academic Coordinator manages various academic operations to ensure program and institutional success coordinating curriculum scheduling faculty support and student guidance. Key responsibilities include developing educational programs monitoring student progress and teacher performance facilitating communication between students faculty and administration and ensuring alignment with institutional and external educational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Program Management :

Develop update and ensure alignment of curricula with educational standards and institutional goals.

Coordinate and manage academic programs initiatives and activities including workshops and events.

Oversee scheduling of courses and other academic activities.

Faculty & Student Support :

Provide guidance and support to students on academic goals and educational issues.

Collaborate with faculty to implement curriculum and address teaching and learning challenges.

Offer administrative support to faculty and staff.

Administrative & Operational Oversight :

Maintain and update student records facilitating admissions registration and progression processes.

Liaise with external educational bodies and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.

Monitor student and teacher performance contributing to educational improvement.

May be involved in budget management and resource allocation.

Communication & Collaboration :

Act as a link between students faculty departments and other personnel.

Facilitate effective communication to resolve issues and improve processes.
