About the Role : Eligibility Criteria

Experience : 3+ years of experience in an academic or administrative role within an educational institution / Ed-Tech.

Job Responsibilities :

l  Academic Management- Manage & Design academic schedules. Assist faculty members with administrative tasks, alignments, course material management, and resource coordination. Student support & grievance handling.

l  Faculty Support- Provide administrative and logistical support to faculty members, facilitate faculty access to resources and materials, etc.

l  Conduct Jury and Evaluation- Facilitate the jury and evaluation processes. Ensure the timely and accurate communication of assessment results.

l  Coordination in Special Sessions and Training- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating special industry sessions and FDPs.

l  Academic Data Management- Maintain and manage all academic data, Ensure compliance with data protection and record-keeping policies.

Skillset required :

The candidate should hold the following attributes :

l  Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role involves interaction with faculty, students, and other stakeholders.

l  Organization : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects effectively in the given course of time.

l  Understanding of Academic Processes : Familiarity with academic processes, curriculum development, faculty support, and student assessment methods is essential

l  Data Management : Proficiency in data management, including maintaining and analysing academic data and records.

l  Knowledge of Educational Technology : Proficiency with relevant educational technology tools and software for data management

l  Software Skills : Proficiency in using software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and data analysis tools.
