Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain

websites, microsites, and high-conversion landing pages .

Ensure websites are

responsive, fast, and SEO-friendly .

Collaborate with the design and marketing team to integrate creatives and campaigns effectively.

Optimize websites for

speed, performance, and user experience .

Implement analytics, tracking codes, and conversion tools.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing websites.

Stay updated with the latest

web development trends and digital marketing technologies .

Requirements

Proven work experience as a

Web Developer

or similar role.

Proficiency in

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) .

Knowledge of

WordPress / CMS platforms

for real estate websites.

Understanding of

SEO principles, website architecture, and UI / UX best practices .

Familiarity with

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking .

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
