Service Relationship Manager - Affluent Banking

Key Responsibilities :

• Acquire new clients through leads and family accounts grouping
• Grow the liability base (CASAFD) by strengthening relationships with premium mapped customers
• Sell asset, wealth & other products (bank and third party) to increase revenue per client
• Service clients for all their banking requirements, including bank / 3rd party products
• Increase the bank and third party product holding of mapped clients
• Meet / call mapped clients for client servicing and cross-selling new products
• Actively participate in driving campaigns for liability and other products
• Ensure compliance with bank processes and maintain a high focus on compliance

Qualifications Required :

• Graduate / Post Graduate with preferred exposure to financial subjects (Post Graduate in Finance / Commerce preferred)
• 4-6 years of work experience in the banking industry
• 2 years of relevant experience as a Relationship Manager
• Valid AMFI / IRDA Certifications; Expired certificates may be considered
• Experience in a sales-based incentive role is preferred
