Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager Banca, located in Kochi. The Relationship Manager Banca will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners to drive the sales of life insurance products. Daily tasks include conducting sales meetings, providing product training to bank staff, analyzing customer needs, and offering tailored solutions. The role also involves tracking sales performance, managing customer queries, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and relationship management skills
• Experience in the banking or insurance industry, preferably with a focus on life insurance products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective financial solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
• MBA or relevant certifications are a plus
