Key Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and implement scalable HR policies, frameworks, and processes.
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business goals and future workforce planning.
Talent Acquisition & Retention :
Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levelsfrom entry to leadership roles.Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs to build a motivated workforce.Design and execute strategies to reduce attrition and strengthen employer branding.Performance Management & Development :
Establish a structured performance management system including goal-setting, feedback, and review mechanisms.Identify skill gaps and create learning and development opportunities for employees across functions.Employee Relations & Compliance :
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory compliance requirements.Promote a positive, inclusive, and transparent workplace culture.HR Operations & Reporting :
Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, and HR documentation.Maintain accurate HR metrics and dashboards (attrition, engagement, headcount, etc.) and present insights to leadership for decision-making.What Youll Bring :
8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or strategic role.Deep understanding of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws in India.Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsable to partner effectively with both leadership and employees.Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Proficiency with HR tools, systems, and MS Office Suite.Why Join Build, dont just manage : Youll play a key role in setting up the HR foundation for a scaling company.
