Job Summary :

PwCs Operations and Supply Chain Solutions (OSCS) Physical Product Development & Manufacturing (PPDM) partners with global clients to transform how products are designed engineered manufactured and serviced. As a Manager within the Manufacturing Excellence capability you will lead engagement teams and deliver strategic and operational transformation programs across industries.

You will collaborate with senior client stakeholders to shape solutions drive execution and ensure measurable business impact across Manufacturing Excellence Product Development Excellence Digital Manufacturing Digital Engineering and Connected Physical Products & IoT .

Position Requirements :

Knowledge Preferred :

Expertise in end-to-end manufacturing opera tions and network optimization with the ability to diagnose operational challenges and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance throughput productivity and cost-to-serve .

Proven experience in leading Lean Six Sigma TPM or Kaizen initiatives with the ability to design operational improvement roadmaps and drive multi-site implementation .

Kn owledge of preventive / predictive maintenance asset reliability programs and uptime optimization strategies.

Exposure to manufacturing quality systems root cause analysis (RCA) CAPA implementation and cost of poor quality (COPQ) tracking.

Experience supporting make-vs-buy decisions managing external manufacturing partners and evaluating outsourcing opportunities.

Ability to lead manufacturing-focused due diligence synergy assessment and post-merger integratio n initiatives .

Experience in footprint rationalization multi-site manufacturing optimization or supply chain network redesign projects .

Demonstrated ability to scope plan and lead complex multi-workstream transformation initiatives with strong stakeholder management .

Skills Preferred :

Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.

A nalytical skills to interpret operational data and convert it into business insights.

Executive-level communication and presentation skills for CXO / VP-level interactions

Ability to lead and mentor teams providing guidance feedback and skill development .

Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality work and managing cross-functional project teams .

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients internal teams and leadership .

Qualifications :

Educational Background :

Bachelors degree in E ngineering Manufacturing Operations or related fields from Tier-1 institutes.

MBA in Operations (Preferred)

Past Experience :

8 1 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing strategy operational excellence digital manufacturing or related consulting / industry roles.

Prior experience managing teams owning client relationships and delivering large-scale transformation projects.
