Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Manager to lead the selection, deployment, and lifecycle management of advanced manufacturing and quality applications in a semiconductor fab and / or OSAT environment. This role demands deep expertise in Remote Operations Center technologies, dispatching and scheduling systems, capacity simulation, planning, and advanced manufacturing solutions including YMS, defectivity analysis, RMS / ECMS, and APC / R2R. The ideal candidate will leverage AI to drive intelligent automation and predictive capabilities across operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for manufacturing OT systems, integrating Remote Operations Center, dispatching, scheduling, and planning platforms.
• Drive AI-enabled initiatives for predictive defectivity analysis, yield improvement, and intelligent dispatching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize RMS / ECMS and APC / R2R systems.
• Oversee capacity simulation and planning tools to support dynamic fab and OSAT operations.
• Ensure seamless integration of YMS and MES platforms with enterprise systems.
• Translate operational challenges into scalable digital solutions using AI and data analytics.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology roadmaps for continuous innovation.
