Key Responsibilities :
- Support day-to-day physical security operations and assist in the implementation and enforcement of Security and Emergency Response Team policies and procedures across the facility.
- Collaborate with Best Buy’s U.S. based Enterprise Crisis Management and Business Continuity teams to support the development and implementation of crisis management and business continuity protocols, including emergency response plans and procedures.
- Support front desk security operations and ensure proper identification and authorization procedures are followed.
- Support maintenance, implementation, and monitoring of security systems including Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management.
- Assist with coordinating security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.
- Provide support and guidance to 3rd party security teams with overnight, weekend and holiday coverage.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and hub liaison, providing essential support during incident activation and response. This includes facilitating planning, coordination, and effective two-way communication to ensure timely escalation and collaboration with both local India Hub stakeholders and U.S.-based teams.
Requirements :
4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field3+ years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred :
