Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant at a US based company. The Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, handling expense reports, facilitating communication, and offering general administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.

You will plan travel, manage schedules, coordinate events and do general tasks for the executive.

Compensation :

$700 - $900 per month in USD

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in an administrative role
• Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
• Strong communication skills
• Administrative Assistance abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proven track record of handling confidential information
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in project management tools
