The Learning & Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving this vision by designing and executing impactful learning strategies that build capability, strengthen leadership, and nurture a culture of continuous growth. You’ll work closely with the Head of Talent Management & Organizational Development , HRBPs, and business leaders to co-create learning journeys that develop both people and performance. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution — empowering OLXers to learn, lead, and thrive.
What you will do :
Shape & Execute the Learning Strategy
- Design and deliver OLX’s L&D roadmap aligned with business goals and talent priorities
- Translate strategic priorities into development programs that strengthen organizational capabilities
- Embed learning as a core enabler of culture, performance, and engagement
Build Leadership & Talent Development Journeys
Design and implement leadership and high-potential development programs across levelsPartner with the Head of TM & OD to link learning interventions with succession planning , career progression , and organization design prioritiesCurate partnerships with external universities, consultants, and experts for best-in-class learning experiencesDrive Capability Building & Continuous Learning
Build frameworks for functional, behavioral, and future-skill capability development across teamsChampion digital and blended learning methods — combining virtual, classroom, and experiential formatsFoster a self-led learning culture through campaigns, nudges, and engagement initiativesMeasure & Demonstrate Impact
Define and track key L&D metrics and dashboards (coverage, effectiveness, engagement, ROI)Analyze learning data to identify trends, skill gaps, and areas for targeted developmentUse insights to enhance program design and business relevanceStakeholder Partnership & Learning Governance
Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and the OD team to assess capability needsManage learning vendors, platforms, and partners for content, facilitation, and technologyEnsure governance, quality, and scalability of all learning interventionsWhat we are looking for :
7–15 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development rolesStrong experience in designing and delivering leadership and high-potential programsProven ability to connect learning initiatives to organizational outcomesHands-on experience with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and analyticsExcellent facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skillsPostgraduate in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferredCertifications in instructional design, coaching, or facilitation preferredWhat we'll give you :
