Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving sales strategies, building high-performing teams, and achieving revenue targets in the real estate sector. This role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of market dynamics, especially in residential / commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with overall business goals to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Regularly conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for strategic adjustment.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team by recruiting top talent and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Mentor team members through ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and structured development programs.
- Motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets through goal-setting, incentives, and recognition of achievements.
- Manage and coordinate the presales and tele-calling teams to ensure timely follow-ups, lead qualification, and pipeline support.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients to promote loyalty, trust, and repeat business.
- Handle and strengthen partnerships with channel partners by offering support, aligning goals, and driving joint business growth.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Ensure smooth execution of customer transactions, including oversight of documentation, payment schedules, and follow-ups.
- Oversee legal formalities and ensure adherence to RERA and other relevant real estate regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to align business functions and execute strategies seamlessly.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.5+ years of experience in real estate sales with a strong background in sales leadership.Possesses in-depth knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate markets, along with a strong understanding of customer behaviour and market segmentation.
