Principal Investigators (PIs)

to lead cutting-edge research in areas such as

Computer Vision, Machine Learning, AI, and Computational Imaging . These roles are ideal for individuals with a strong academic background who also understand how to navigate the constraints and opportunities of applied, product-focused research.

We're looking for

translational thinkers —individuals who can bridge the gap between theoretical research and real-world applications, developing both

publishable research and functional prototypes . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in their domain and be excited by the opportunity to work in a high-impact, cross-disciplinary environment.

Required Background

PhD in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, AI, or Computational Imaging

5+ years of post-PhD research or applied research experience (can include industry, academia, or research labs)

5+ years of postdoctoral or industry research experience.

Demonstrated ability to lead high impact applied research projects or labs

Desirable Traits

Strong publication record in top-tier conferences

Proven contributions to relevant ML projects in the space

Proven ability to bridge theory and practice, producing both prototypes and papers

Entrepreneurial mindset, excited by innovation and product impact

Experience mentoring PhD students, researchers, or junior engineers

Excellent communication skills; able to articulate technical ideas to non-experts
