Job description

Job Title : Corporate Associate

Department : Corporate Law / Securities Law

Location : Delhi

Experience : 1–3 years

Reporting to : Founder and Principal Counsel

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in advising clients on regulatory matters under SEBI regulations,

including ICDR, LODR, Takeover Code, Insider Trading, and Mutual Fund

Regulations.

Support in drafting and reviewing corporate contracts such as shareholders’

agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.

Provide research support and documentation for setting up mutual funds, AIFs,

and assisting investment managers with compliance.

Conduct preliminary legal due diligence in M&A and fund structuring matters

under guidance.

Coordinate with regulatory authorities such as SEBI and RBI for filings,

clarifications, and responses.

Stay updated with changes in laws affecting capital markets, securities, and

company regulations.

Draft internal legal notes, compliance checklists, and opinion briefs under

supervision.
