Job Summary :

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications and solutions that align with our business objectives. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies.
• Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST / SOAP APIs.
• Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering their growth and enhancing team capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical specifications, architectural decisions, and system configurations.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely manner.
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making for Salesforce initiatives and projects.
• Integration Development : Design and implement scalable, robust, and efficient integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., ERP systems, third-party applications, data warehouses).Develop APIs, web services, and middleware to support integration requirements.Leverage tools such as MuleSoft, REST / SOAP APIs, and Salesforce Connect for system integrations.
• Testing and Optimization : Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and data accuracy.Optimize integration processes for performance, scalability, and security.Monitor and resolve any integration-related issues in a timely manner.

Experience & Educational Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 4+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in software designing and development.
