Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor, located in Bengaluru. The Student Counselor will provide guidance and assistance to students regarding their academic and career paths. Daily tasks will include one-on-one counseling sessions, helping students with career planning, offering support in the selection of courses and educational programs, and addressing any academic or personal issues students may face.

The counselor will also be responsible for day to day management of the centre including student attendance and institute administration.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Fluent in English and Kannada
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and experience in the field of Education
• Empathetic and patient approach towards students
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a team
• Prior experience in an educational institution is a plus
