Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to IT products and services.
Clearly explain technical solutions, software, and IT services in both Hindi and English.
Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for proposal follow-ups and client requirements.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements :
Must be fluent in Hindi (mandatory) and proficient in English.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Interest or basic knowledge in IT Sales / Software Products / IT Services.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA in Marketing or Sales is a plus).
