Key Responsibilities :
ODC Setup and Scaling :
- Lead the setup, scaling, and operation of ODCs for global clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of ODC operations, from proposal and transition to implementation and growth.
Business Development & Customer Relationship Management :
Drive the business growth of the ODC vertical by researching the customer base and initiating new ODC proposals.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to generate and convert ODC opportunities into business.Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring superlative customer experiences.Technology Team Leadership :
Take end-to-end responsibility for the delivery and technology team management, ensuring that customer and organizational goals are met or exceeded.Hire, build, and integrate teams, ensuring they are aligned with client needs and organizational goals.Manage customer expectations on technology, timelines, and deliverables.Project & Transition Management :
Oversee the smooth transition of projects from client sites to the ODC, ensuring that technology solutions meet client expectations.Manage multiple, diverse ODC projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Digital Transformation & Innovation :
Implement cutting-edge digital transformation initiatives, including AI, ML, Big Data, and cloud-native technologies.Drive innovation and best practices in delivering scalable, agile, and integrated solutions.Business Excellence & Commercial Acumen :
Ensure a high level of commercial acumen in managing ODC operations and delivery models.Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive operational efficiency in offshore delivery.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align technology delivery with business goals and client requirements.Proactively address and resolve client challenges, ensuring consistent and effective communication.Required Qualifications :
Experience :
12+ years of progressive experience in third-party ODC / GCC environments, with at least 5-8 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling ODCs from scratch for clients in the US, UK, and Europe.Experience handling client-facing leadership responsibilities and managing large teams (100-200+) in a third-party ODC model.Technical Expertise :
Deep hands-on experience with digital transformation in areas like AI, ML, Big Data, Cloud Computing, and Data Science.Experience in technologies such as Python, Java, C#, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Elasticsearch, data lakes, and cloud-native frameworks.Strong knowledge of application development, delivery, and management across various technologies and platforms.Leadership & Customer Management :
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders at customer organizations.Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end customer requirements and project delivery.Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Master's degree (MBA or related) preferred.Certifications :
Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant project management methodologies are a plus.Preferred Skills :
Expertise in cloud computing, AI / ML, and data science solutions.Experience in handling software / KPO / analytics projects in an ODC environment.Experience working with global customers in diverse sectors such as healthcare, BFSI, EdTech, etc.Skills Required
