Key Responsibilities :
Own and achieve annual sales targets for Industrial Automation vertical.
Identify and develop business opportunities with OEMs, system integrators, and end customers.
Build a strong pipeline by targeting Automotive, Manufacturing, and Industrial segments.
Manage large strategic accounts and develop long-term relationships with CXOs and decision-makers.
Collaborate with technical pre-sales and project execution teams for solution development.
Lead proposals, RFP / RFQ responses, and commercial negotiations.
Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and product improvement suggestions.
Represent the company in industry forums, trade shows, and partner events.
Mentor junior sales or business development team members.
Requirements :
B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation (MBA is a plus)
5–12 years of proven experience in
selling Industrial Automation products / solutions
Strong network with Automation OEMs and Automotive / Manufacturing clients
Deep knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, IPCs, Sensors, Industrial Networking, and IIoT
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willing to travel frequently across India
