We’re looking for a Business Growth Automation Strategist who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution.

You’ll be the go-to person for building automation workflows, optimizing processes, and enabling smarter business decisions through no-code tools.

Experience Level : 0–3 years

Location -Infopark, Kochi

What You’ll Do

Act as a link between

business goals and technical implementation.

Build and optimize automation flows using

Make, n8n, Zapier, Bubble,

or similar tools.

Support leadership in

operations strategy

— including CRM setup, sales funnels, and performance dashboards.

Collaborate with different teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Analyze data and processes to identify areas for automation or improvement.

What We’re Looking For :

MBA or Strategy background

with a passion for technology and problem-solving.

Hands-on experience (or strong interest) in

no-code tools

like Make, Zapier, Bubble, Airtable, etc.

Analytical mindset

with a fast execution style.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Eagerness to

learn new tools

and stay updated with the latest tech trends.
