Are you passionate about building high-performance backend systems and solving complex technical challenges? Join our team as a .NET Backend Developer and play a key role in optimizing applications at scale.

What You’ll Do

Analyze and optimize backend services built in .NET / .NET Core .

Conduct memory & CPU profiling using tools like dotTrace, dotMemory.

Troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries, execution plans, and stored procedures .

Build and scale robust APIs (REST / SOAP) .

Implement unit testing & TDD for reliable code.

Collaborate with DBAs, backend developers, and observability teams to resolve performance bottlenecks.

Work with logs, metrics, and traces to debug production issues.

Participate in code reviews with a focus on performance & memory usage.

Must-Have Skills

6+ years of strong .NET / .NET Core backend development experience.

Expertise in performance profiling & memory management .

Hands-on knowledge of multi-threading, async programming, concurrency control .

Strong SQL troubleshooting & optimization skills.

Experience with APM tools (DataDog, New Relic, etc.).

Solid understanding of OOP & design patterns .

Experience in unit testing & debugging production issues .

Nice-to-Have

Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, distributed systems, job engine performance tuning .

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and performance benchmarking tools.
