Lead.Net Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Dot Net Lead who will be responsible for leading a small team of engineers, driving technical excellence, and delivering scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET Core (6+), Angular (11+), SQL Server, and experience in Agile development environments with strong leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Mentor and coach a team of software engineers through day-to-day tasks, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, UX, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and compliance policies across the codebase.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum / Kanban), and oversee CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / Azure Pipelines) with a focus on automated testing and release management.
• Work hands-on with .NET Core (6+), C#, Angular (11+ / 16+), HTML, CSS, JavaScript to design and develop scalable applications.
• Optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database design; exposure to MySQL is a plus.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems efficiently with proactive problem-solving.
• Practical experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana (ELK Stack) will be an advantage.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) is desirable.
