Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Tendable, you will own end-to-end design for product areas, from discovery to delivery. You will help establish our design culture, processes, and foundations (like our design system), while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to have a significant impact on both product and design practice.

What you will do

• Lead design for key product areas, from concept to final handoff.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ship impactful features.
• Build and maintain scalable design patterns and contribute to the design system.
• Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints.
• Help shape Tendable's design processes, tools, and ways of working.
