Ø Patent Associates are unique individuals who combine a deep knowledge of a technical area with a good understanding of Patent Law

Ø We are looking for confident team players with strong technical and analytical skills, who can effectively manage various tasks and responsibilities and prioritize workflow in order to meet strict deadlines

Ø This role demands a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of patent law

Key Responsibilities

Ø Conduct comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools

Ø Analyze and interpret patent specifications, technical literature, and prior art

Ø Evaluate the patentability, validity, and infringement risks of inventions

Ø Work closely with inventors, engineers, and legal professionals to understand the technical aspects of inventions

Ø Prepare detailed reports summarizing patent search results and analysis

Ø Document and maintain accurate records of patents, prior art, and analysis

Qualifications :

Ø Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to grasp new technologies quickly

Ø Familiarity with patent laws and regulations

Ø Proficient in using patent databases and search tools

Ø Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Ø Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ø Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Ø Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Ø Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or relevant B.E / B. Tech Degree with good academic record
