Job Summary :

The Assistant General Manager - Administration & Marketing Strategy will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's administrative functions while developing and executing effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities : Administration :

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's administrative operations, including office management, facilities maintenance, procurement, vendor management, and general administrative support.
• Develop and implement efficient administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Manage and optimize the utilization of office resources and budgets.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless administrative support for their operations.
• Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
• Oversee travel arrangements and logistics for company personnel.
