Job description

We are currently hiring for a SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) position on a contract-to-hire basis with 8-12 years of experience.

This opportunity is available in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, and Pune.

  • Immediate Joiners Only with less than 30 days of Notice period.

Key Responsibilities :

  • The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central module, with involvement in at least 2–3 full lifecycle projects.
  • In-depth expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP), People Analytics (Story Reports), and integration with downstream modules and external systems via Integration Centre is essential.
  • The role involves collaboration with global clients across multiple time zones, requiring flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including USA night shifts.
