Role & Responsibilities :
- Translate the company's overall strategy into local HR initiatives. This includes forecasting workforce needs and planning for hiring and employee growth.
- Create and implement country-specific HR policies for areas like attendance, leave, and conduct, ensuring alignment with both global company standards and local regulations.
- Oversee the entire hiring lifecycle, from defining job descriptions for engineering roles to managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop succession plans and identify high-potential employees for leadership roles within the country.
- Plan and oversee training and development programs to address skill gaps specific to the engineering sector.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, including gathering 360-degree feedback and ensuring fair evaluation processes for all staff.
- Manage the pay plan and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive within the local market to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the payroll process to ensure accurate and compliant calculation and disbursement of salaries.
- Ensure all HR activities and policies adhere to the country's employment laws and labor regulations.
Candidate Profile :
