Location : Ahmedabad

Shift Timing : 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM (IST)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader for our US Accounting team. The ideal candidate should possess a CPA or CA certification, with a solid understanding of US accounting principles, practices, and compliance standards. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, guiding and mentoring a team of professionals, and ensuring that all financial processes are executed with accuracy and in accordance with US regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team of accountants handling US accounting functions.

Review and oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.

Provide support and training to team members, helping them grow in their roles.

Maintain compliance with US GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

Handle reconciliation of general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial reporting.

Address and resolve any accounting-related issues in a timely manner.

Drive improvements in efficiency and accuracy of accounting processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

CPA or CA qualification is a must.

Strong knowledge of US accounting standards (US GAAP).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Prior experience working in a KPO or shared services environment is a plus.
