SAP Lead

Role : SAP Basis Lead

Experience : 6 – 8 Years

Location : Mumbai / Chennai / Bangalore

Lead and manage the SAP Basis team across implementation, upgrades, migrations, and support

Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S / 4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, etc.)

Manage SAP landscape design, system copies, refreshes, client administration, and transport management

Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of SAP systems and databases

Collaborate with functional, development, infrastructure, and security teams for smooth operations

Lead SAP upgrades, patching, kernel updates, OS / DB migrations, and HANA database management

Implement and enforce SAP Basis governance, standards, and security controls

Provide root cause analysis and resolution for complex system issues

Plan and execute disaster recovery and backup strategies

Mentor, coach, and guide junior Basis consultants
