Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Counsellor based in Mumbai. The Sales Counsellor will engage with prospective learners to understand their goals, provide personalized guidance on courses, and assist them in making informed choices about their educational journey. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relations, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves managing inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and contributing to a positive experience for learners from initial contact to enrolment.

Requirements :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build meaningful relationships
  • Customer satisfaction and customer service skills to provide guidance and address queries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Sales and organization skills to achieve targets, manage workflows, and keep records accurately
  • Proactive mindset, team collaboration capability, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth execution of responsibilities and contribute to team success
  • A background in education counselling, sales, or a related field, along with a bachelor's degree, is preferred; prior experience in the tech training sector is a plus
