We’re Hiring : Associate – Tender Management (Government Projects) | Physics Wallah

Location : Noida (On-site) | Full-time | Experience : 1–2 Years

Are you skilled in e-tendering and government project documentation? Join Physics Wallah (PW) as an Associate – Tender Management and play a key role in driving our Government Partnership initiatives.

You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender lifecycle — from identifying opportunities on GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals to preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders for timely closures.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and track tenders daily across GeM, CPPP, and state / PSU portals.
• Identify relevant government tenders matching PW’s offerings.
• Manage the complete tender process — documentation, pre-bid queries, submission, and follow-ups.
• Handle EMD, PBG, and BOQ documentation.
• Maintain and update a centralized tender tracker and performance dashboard.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and financial bid preparation.
