Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Controller at TURS CONSTRUCTION & SOFTWARE PVT LTD. The Senior Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role also involves maintaining internal controls, managing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. In addition, the Senior Controller will collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and provide insights to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent designation is a plus
• Experience in the construction or software industry is preferred
