SAP IBP Consultant

Primary Responsibilities :

• Consulting and Solution Design :
• Assist the consulting team in various project phases (problem definition, effort estimation, solution design, deployment).
• Develop and design Proof of Concepts (POCs) based on research and alternative solutions.
• Requirement gathering and creating functional designs based on business needs.
• Configuration and Diagnosis :
• Configure solution requirements and diagnose issues within the system.
• Identify root causes and propose alternative solutions for issues or challenges.
• Support and collaborate on unit-level and organizational initiatives.
• Process Improvement :
• Analyze and assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and suggest technology solutions.
• Understand financial processes and pricing models for projects.
• Client and Team Management :
• Client interfacing for problem resolution and requirement gathering.
• Engage in project management and contribute to team leadership and project delivery.
• Additional Responsibilities :
• Develop strategies to drive growth and business profitability for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and latest technologies.
• Work on software configuration management and contribute to organizational best practices.
• Technical Requirements :
• SAP IBP Knowledge : Must have hands-on experience with at least one of the SAP IBP modules, such as Demand Response, Supply S&OP, Inventory Control Tower, DDMRP, or CPI-DS.
• Domain Understanding : Knowledge of SAP IBP modules and understanding their relevance to business processes.
• Certifications : An SAP IBP certification or certifications in APICS CPIM / CSCP is highly preferred.
• Experience : 2+ years of experience in SAP IBP configurations.
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with SAP HANA is also preferred.
