Imaging Endpoints is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts; London, UK; Leiden, Netherlands; Basel, Switzerland; Hyderabad, India and Shanghai, China. Under the direction of the Chief Corporate Development Officer or Executive Management, the Presentation Specialist of Marketing will support Imaging Endpoints by developing high quality, visually engaging, and scientifically accurate presentations for bid defenses, capabilities presentations, conferences, and internal leadership reviews. The role requires strong visual communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to transform complex oncology, imaging, and clinical research content into compelling slides aligned with Imaging Endpoints’ brand and scientific standards.
The individual in this role collaborates closely with Business Development, Medical & Scientific Affairs, Operations, and Leadership teams to convert technical content into clear and engaging visual narratives.
PRESENTATION SPECIALIST, MARKETING
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, update, create and enhance PowerPoint presentations for bid defenses, capabilities presentations, executive reviews, and scientific speaking engagements.
- Ensure documents adhere to Imaging Endpoints’ branding, visual identity, tone, and messaging standards.
- Work closely with Business Development, Medical & Scientific Affairs, Operations, and Leadership teams to convert technical content into clear and engaging narratives.
- Translate oncology, clinical trial and imaging related scientific information into simple and visually appealing formats without compromising accuracy.
- Develop reusable visual assets including templates, diagrams, scientific illustrations, iconography, infographics, and storytelling structures for repeatable use.
- Implement rigorous quality checks across all presentations to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, data correctness, visual consistency, and brand alignment.
- Support time critical refinement of slides for high stakes client meetings, including bid defenses with minimal turnaround time.
- Maintain a central slide library for Imaging Endpoints including approved scientific content, case studies, differentiators, value messaging, and visual elements to ensure consistency across all outgoing materials.
- Conduct periodic refresh of templates and layouts to maintain a modern and high impact visual design style based on executive team inputs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Master’s degree in an applicable field; scientific and / ormedical background preferred.Minimum of 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or a regulated industry.Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Scientific Presentation Designer, Scientific Presentation Specialist, Visual Communication Designer, or similar role with hands on experience developing senior level presentations.Strong understanding of the life sciences industry; knowledge of biopharma drug development processes, and knowledge of medical imaging preferred.SKILLS
