Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and other
relevant platforms.
Drive performance outcomes (ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversions, revenue growth).Build and manage full-funnel campaigns across search, display, shopping, video, and paid social.Monitor campaign performance daily, identify growth opportunities, and ensure budget efficiency.Work closely with creative / content teams to align ad messaging with performance goals.Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for scaling campaigns.Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor strategies, and emerging ad platforms.Requirements :
3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing.Direct experience managing budgets of nearly ₹1 Cr+ per month.Strong background in e-commerce, retail, or real estate campaigns.Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, and other performance tools.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.
