Role Overview :

The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales, business development, and key account management for the Module & Cell Manufacturing division. The role requires strong industry knowledge, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage customer relationships to achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for module and cell manufacturing.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with the production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to drive strategic decisions.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.

Drive negotiations and finalize contracts with key customers.

Key Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Management; MBA preferred.

12–18 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, module, or cell manufacturing sector.

Strong network within the renewable energy / solar industry.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Skills :

Deep understanding of solar module and cell manufacturing processes.

Experience in managing large-scale B2B sales and long-term contracts.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
