Role Overview :

As the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, driving a high-performance culture, and building an employer brand that attracts top talent in the tech world.

Key Responsibilities :

  • HR Strategy & Leadership : Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and rapid organizational growth.
  • Talent Acquisition : Oversee full-cycle recruitment with a focus on tech hiring, employer branding, and candidate experience.
  • Performance Management : Implement and manage robust performance review systems and leadership development initiatives.
  • Learning & Development : Design training frameworks to upskill technical and non-technical teams.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture : Drive programs that boost morale, engagement, and retention across all teams.
  • Compensation & Benefits : Ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant C&B practices.
  • HR Operations & Compliance : Maintain accurate HR data, processes, and ensure full compliance with legal and industry standards.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion : Lead DEI initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

What We're Looking For :

  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role in an IT or tech-driven company.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices in high-growth tech environments.
  • Hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS or related tools
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to operate tactically when needed.
  • Preferred Certifications :

    SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other recognized HR certifications (optional but valued)
