Human Resources Manager

Presidency University invites applications for the position of HR Operations Manager to join our growing Human Resources team.

We are looking for a professional who can lead HR operational excellence, streamline systems, and ensure compliance — contributing to a people-first culture and a high-performing institution.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and optimize the HRMS for seamless employee lifecycle management.

Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.

Ensure statutory compliance with all labour laws, university regulations, and audit requirements.

Drive process improvements for better efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

✅ Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

✅ 8–10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in academia or large organizations.

✅ Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms and strong understanding of labour law compliance .

✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
