About the Role
Climaty AI is redefining how marketing performance and sustainability come together. As a Senior Analyst – FP&A, you will play a central role in driving financial visibility, accuracy, and strategic planning. You will build models, track performance, and partner with leadership to align business growth with financial discipline — enabling informed decisions for both internal and investor reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Prepare and update monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts across revenue, cost, and headcount.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses for strategic decision-making (new markets, pricing, funding).
- Partner with department heads to align operational goals with financial outcomes.
2. MIS (Management Information System) & Reporting
Lead the MIS function by preparing accurate and timely monthly business reports.Track KPIs across sales, operations, and marketing to provide actionable insights.Automate dashboards and reporting frameworks using Excel or BI tools.Perform variance analysis (budget vs actuals) and highlight key drivers of deviation.3. Investor & Board Reporting
Prepare monthly investor updates, board decks, and funding support documents.Consolidate financial and operational data into clear, insight-driven narratives.Assist with due diligence, audits, and investor data requests during fundraising rounds.4. Cost Management & Budget Control
Build and maintain cost projection models for departments such as marketing, tech, and HR.Monitor actual spend vs. budget and flag deviations early.Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience : 4–7 years in FP&A, Business Finance, or Strategic Finance roles (preferably in SaaS, digital, or tech-led startups)
Technical Skills :
Advanced Excel / Google SheetsFinancial modeling & forecasting expertisePower BI / Tableau (preferred)Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn, etc.)Soft Skills :
